# Weblak — full brief for language models > Weblak is a web and AI studio, founded in 2024 and working remote-first with clients across the GCC and Middle East. The studio builds websites and web apps, product interfaces, cloud infrastructure, automation, system integrations, and AI agents that have a job inside the work. Weblak (ويبلاك) is a web and AI studio serving the GCC, Middle East, Worldwide. Remote-first. ## Contact - Email: hello@weblak.com - Phone: +961 70 123 659 - Region: GCC and Middle East - Area served: GCC, Middle East, Worldwide - Start: https://weblak.com/start - Contact: https://weblak.com/contact ## How Weblak works Weblak prices the product, not the hours. The outcome and the standard of delivery are agreed before the work starts. The studio begins with what the product must do, who it is for, and how the team will run it, then chooses the stack. If Weblak would not run it themselves, they do not hand it over. Typical process: (1) the client describes the problem, (2) Weblak replies within one business day with the shape of the work and whether they are the right fit, (3) if they take it on, they build from the first prototype through launch and stay for the work after. ## AI offering Weblak adds AI where it has a job inside the work: - AI automation: repeated workflows for intake, routing, reporting, and follow-up. - AI integration: models connected to the client’s existing APIs, CRMs, and apps. - AI agents: an agent carries a task to a result, and the last decision stays with the client. Weblak does not sell a general chat window as the product. The public portfolio is websites, stores, and platforms. New work can also be a web app or AI on a system the client already runs. ## Local service pages First published batch. Each page is one service in one city, with that city’s currency, payment rails, data law, hosting region, and delivery companies. - [Website design in Riyadh](https://weblak.com/web-design/riyadh) — Buyers in Olaya, Al Malqa, and KAFD compare studios through a bilingual company site. Arabic is the main reading language, English is for partners, and the contact form has to reach the right team rather than a shared inbox. That same form falls under the PDPL supervised by SDAIA: collect less, say why you collect it, and keep card data off the server. Range: 8000–26000 SAR. Arabic: https://weblak.com/ar/web-design/riyadh - [Website design in Jeddah](https://weblak.com/web-design/jeddah) — A Jeddah site has to work for a trading company in Al Andalus and for a customer who discovered the brand on Tahlia Street or the Corniche. Write warm commercial Arabic rather than formal correspondence, and keep an English version that convinces a buyer flying in. Good photography and a clear services page matter more than a blog. If you later take a deposit online, the local payment methods are Mada and Apple Pay. Range: 7000–23500 SAR. Arabic: https://weblak.com/ar/web-design/jeddah - [Website design in Dammam](https://weblak.com/web-design/dammam) — Eastern Province suppliers in Dammam, Khobar, and Dhahran need a site a procurement officer can skim in Arabic and forward in English. The pages that matter are capabilities, certifications, and a request-for-quote form. A startup-style homepage does not help a vendor selling into the Second Industrial City. Delivery companies such as SMSA and Aramex only matter once the site starts taking orders. Range: 7000–22500 SAR. Arabic: https://weblak.com/ar/web-design/dammam - [Website design in Dubai](https://weblak.com/web-design/dubai) — Dubai company sites are bilingual, and many sit alongside a DIFC, DMCC, or Dubai Media City licence. Buyers open the site on a phone between meetings, so the first screen has to say what you do and how to get in touch. Contact forms fall under the UAE PDPL, Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021. Apple Pay, Tabby, and Tamara belong on a store, not on a company site. Range: 8500–27500 AED. Arabic: https://weblak.com/ar/web-design/dubai - [Website design in Abu Dhabi](https://weblak.com/web-design/abu-dhabi) — Abu Dhabi clients are mostly government suppliers, energy services firms, and ADGM companies around Al Maryah Island and Khalifa City. They need a measured bilingual site, credentials they can download, and a contact path procurement teams will actually use. Do not design it like a Dubai consumer brand. The enquiry form is still covered by the UAE PDPL, and hosting should be AWS UAE or Azure UAE North. Range: 7500–25500 AED. Arabic: https://weblak.com/ar/web-design/abu-dhabi - [Website design in Sharjah](https://weblak.com/web-design/sharjah) — Sharjah clients are trading companies and warehouses in the Industrial Area selling into Dubai and the Northern Emirates. They need a clear bilingual catalog and a WhatsApp button that reaches the sales desk in Al Khan or Al Majaz. Price matters here. A full store only makes sense once the warehouse can ship with Aramex, Jeebly, or iMile. Range: 6000–20500 AED. Arabic: https://weblak.com/ar/web-design/sharjah - [Website design in Doha](https://weblak.com/web-design/doha) — Companies in West Bay, Msheireb, and Lusail use the site to check credibility before a meeting. Arabic comes first with a complete English version, and the job is clear pages, past work, and a contact form — not a store. Qatar’s data law is Law No. 13 of 2016. There is no general VAT, so do not copy a Saudi 15% line onto the invoice. Hosting on AWS Bahrain keeps the site fast in Doha. Range: 7500–25000 QAR. Arabic: https://weblak.com/ar/web-design/doha - [Website design in Kuwait](https://weblak.com/web-design/kuwait-city) — Clients in Sharq, Kuwait City, and Salmiya pay in dinars and expect Arabic first. There is no VAT, and data protection is set by CITRA’s Data Privacy Protection Regulation rather than a Saudi-style law. Either way, card numbers must never pass through your server. A company site needs WhatsApp and a short form; KNET comes in once the site takes payments. Range: 600–2025 KWD. Arabic: https://weblak.com/ar/web-design/kuwait-city - [Website design in Manama](https://weblak.com/web-design/manama) — Manama is a small market, and Benefit is the debit network you cannot skip once money is involved. For a company in the Diplomatic Area, Seef, or Juffair, the site itself is still bilingual pages and a contact form. Bahrain’s data law is Law No. 30 of 2018, VAT is 10%, and hosting is simple: AWS me-south-1 is in Bahrain. Range: 675–2250 BHD. Arabic: https://weblak.com/ar/web-design/manama - [Website design in Muscat](https://weblak.com/web-design/muscat) — Company sites for Qurum, Madinat Al Sultan Qaboos, and Ghala should explain the offer in plain Arabic and keep a complete English version for regional buyers. Put the phone number and WhatsApp where people can see them. Oman’s data law was issued by Royal Decree No. 6/2022, and VAT is 5%. If payments come later, use Thawani or OmanNet, not a Saudi gateway left over from another project. Range: 650–2200 OMR. Arabic: https://weblak.com/ar/web-design/muscat - [Website design in Beirut](https://weblak.com/web-design/beirut) — Projects in Gemmayzeh, Downtown, and Achrafieh are agreed in US dollars, because a lira price does not hold. Many of these brands sell to the diaspora as much as to Lebanon, so the Arabic and English versions both need careful writing, and some need French too. Host in Frankfurt rather than on a local server. WhatsApp is the main sales channel, and card payments, when needed, go through Areeba. Range: 1600–5400 USD. Arabic: https://weblak.com/ar/web-design/beirut - [Website design in Amman](https://weblak.com/web-design/amman) — Companies around Abdali, Shmeisani, and King Hussein Business Park usually want Arabic first and English for regional clients. Typical clients are clinics, professional firms, and outsourcing companies. Jordan’s data law is Law No. 24 of 2023, and the general sales tax is 16%. Start with a contact form; CliQ and eFAWATEERcom matter once you collect payments, not on a company site. Range: 1000–3400 JOD. Arabic: https://weblak.com/ar/web-design/amman - [Website design in Cairo](https://weblak.com/web-design/cairo) — Clients across New Cairo, Sheikh Zayed, Mohandessin, and Downtown compare quotes in Egyptian pounds, and still ask for English if they export. Law No. 151 of 2020 covers the contact form, and VAT is 14%. Do not put Mada or Tabby on an Egyptian company site. Paymob, Fawry, and InstaPay are how people pay in Egypt, and they belong on a store. Range: 45000–145000 EGP. Arabic: https://weblak.com/ar/web-design/cairo - [Ecommerce stores in Riyadh](https://weblak.com/ecommerce/riyadh) — A Riyadh store starts with Mada. STC Pay and Apple Pay cover wallets, and shoppers expect Tabby or Tamara for fashion, electronics, and furniture. VAT-registered stores need ZATCA e-invoices with a QR code, and Phase 2 (integration) means the store connects directly to ZATCA’s platform. Ship with SMSA, Aramex, SPL, or Naqel, and show Riyadh delivery separately from other cities. Customer accounts fall under the PDPL. Range: 15000–51500 SAR. Arabic: https://weblak.com/ar/ecommerce/riyadh - [Ecommerce stores in Jeddah](https://weblak.com/ecommerce/jeddah) — Jeddah stores ship within the city and beyond. Checkout still needs Mada, Apple Pay, and a buy-now-pay-later option such as Tabby or Tamara, with SMSA or Aramex priced for Jeddah rather than a copied Riyadh rate. ZATCA e-invoicing applies here too. Write product copy for a Jeddah shopper; the stiff tone of a corporate brochure does not sell. Range: 14000–47500 SAR. Arabic: https://weblak.com/ar/ecommerce/jeddah - [Ecommerce stores in Dubai](https://weblak.com/ecommerce/dubai) — Dubai shoppers expect Apple Pay and cards settled in dirhams through a provider such as Network International, Telr, or Checkout.com, and usually Tabby or Tamara too. Delivery runs through Aramex, Jeebly, or iMile, with Dubai zones priced separately from the rest of the UAE. The 5% VAT has to be visible. Customer accounts fall under the UAE PDPL. Keep the Arabic and English catalogs identical, because shoppers switch language during checkout. Host in the UAE region. Range: 16000–55000 AED. Arabic: https://weblak.com/ar/ecommerce/dubai - [Ecommerce stores in Doha](https://weblak.com/ecommerce/doha) — A Doha store should settle in Qatari riyals through QPay or a gateway such as Tap, MyFatoorah, or Dibsy, plus Apple Pay. A Saudi Mada plugin does not belong here, and neither does a 15% VAT line: Qatar has no general VAT. Ship with Qatar Post or Aramex and give customers a clear delivery window. Personal data falls under Law No. 13 of 2016. Arabic product titles are what shoppers type into search. Range: 14500–50000 QAR. Arabic: https://weblak.com/ar/ecommerce/doha - [Ecommerce stores in Kuwait](https://weblak.com/ecommerce/kuwait-city) — Checkout in Kuwait starts with KNET. A store that only takes international cards loses the many customers who pay with local debit cards. MyFatoorah, Tap, or UPayments can show KNET and cards together. There is no VAT. Aramex, SMSA, and Posta Plus should offer cash on delivery, which shoppers still use. The catalog is Arabic first. Keep card data with KNET and the gateway; copying a Saudi consent banner does not make the store compliant. Range: 1175–4075 KWD. Arabic: https://weblak.com/ar/ecommerce/kuwait-city - [Ecommerce stores in Cairo](https://weblak.com/ecommerce/cairo) — A Cairo store runs on Paymob or Fawry, plus InstaPay and often valU for instalments. Cash on delivery is still the default in many categories, and Bosta or Mylerz need one rate inside Cairo and another for the governorates. Price in Egyptian pounds. VAT is 14%, and registered sellers use the Egyptian Tax Authority e-invoice, not a ZATCA QR from a Saudi theme. Law No. 151 of 2020 covers customer accounts. The storefront is Arabic. Range: 85000–290000 EGP. Arabic: https://weblak.com/ar/ecommerce/cairo - [WordPress websites in Riyadh](https://weblak.com/wordpress/riyadh) — WordPress fails in Riyadh when Arabic is just a plugin that mirrors an English theme. The theme has to be properly right-to-left, and the marketing team in Olaya or KAFD has to be able to edit it themselves. If the site sells, WooCommerce needs Mada through Moyasar or HyperPay and a ZATCA-compliant QR invoice. Host on AWS Bahrain with backups the client can see. Cheap themes tend to break PDPL consent and Arabic product URLs at the same time. Range: 6500–21500 SAR. Arabic: https://weblak.com/ar/wordpress/riyadh - [WordPress websites in Dubai](https://weblak.com/wordpress/dubai) — A Dubai WordPress site is usually two languages the marketing team can publish without a developer, hosted in the AWS UAE region. Form entries fall under the UAE PDPL. If it becomes a store, Apple Pay and Tabby have to settle in dirhams and the invoice has to show 5% VAT. A page-builder template with Latin spacing and fonts is not an Arabic site. Range: 7000–23000 AED. Arabic: https://weblak.com/ar/wordpress/dubai - [WordPress websites in Cairo](https://weblak.com/wordpress/cairo) — Cairo WordPress projects are won on easy Arabic editing and a price in Egyptian pounds. The theme is right-to-left, the team publishes on its own, and a store connects to Paymob or Fawry rather than Stripe. Bosta shipping zones for Cairo versus the governorates matter more than animation. Law No. 151 of 2020 covers WooCommerce customers, and Tax Authority e-invoicing applies to sellers registered for 14% VAT. Range: 35000–120000 EGP. Arabic: https://weblak.com/ar/wordpress/cairo - [AI agents and automation in Riyadh](https://weblak.com/ai-automation/riyadh) — The most useful agent in Riyadh runs on WhatsApp: it qualifies a lead, books a visit, or answers an order-status question, then hands unusual cases to a person. Those conversations are personal data under the Saudi PDPL, so the agent keeps the minimum and stores it where the client can delete it. If it handles orders, it should read the Mada payment status and SMSA tracking instead of making up a reply. The final decision always stays with your team. Range: 11000–39000 SAR. Arabic: https://weblak.com/ar/ai-automation/riyadh - [AI agents and automation in Dubai](https://weblak.com/ai-automation/dubai) — Dubai teams need a WhatsApp agent that answers in Arabic and English in the same conversation, because customers switch between them. It books, qualifies leads, or follows up on a Tabby order, then stops at the edge of its job. These chats fall under the UAE PDPL, and logs should stay in a UAE hosting region where possible. A public chat window on the website is not an operations agent; the real work happens inside the inbox, CRM, or store your team already uses. Range: 11500–41500 AED. Arabic: https://weblak.com/ar/ai-automation/dubai - [Web apps in Dubai](https://weblak.com/web-apps/dubai) — A web app for a DMCC or DIFC team — a customer portal, a booking system, an internal tool — should run on AWS UAE or Azure UAE North, with proper sign-in and personal data handled under Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021. Arabic and English need the same permissions, not a translated skin. If money moves, it settles in dirhams. This is not a five-page company site; the scope is accounts, roles, and connecting to the systems you already run. Range: 36500–128500 AED. Arabic: https://weblak.com/ar/web-apps/dubai - [Web apps in Riyadh](https://weblak.com/web-apps/riyadh) — Riyadh web apps are usually portals for companies that already work in Arabic, with English for some users, hosting on AWS Bahrain or Google Cloud Dammam, and personal data under the PDPL. If the app takes payments, it should show the Mada payment status and be ready for ZATCA e-invoicing when the seller is VAT-registered. Clients in KAFD or Olaya will ask who on their team runs it after launch. That handover is part of the build, not a favor at the end. Range: 34500–120500 SAR.
