FlareFind Food Detective
Name the food behind flares
FlareFind is an IBS food detective for people with bloating, flares, or unexplained gut symptoms who already tried — and abandoned — a paper food diary. This is not a calorie scanner.
Photograph each meal so the app can name ingredients — including hidden triggers like garlic and onion. Tap a symptom score twice a day. FlareFind runs a rolling correlation across a 72-hour window — because IBS flares are often delayed — and surfaces suspect ingredients. When the pattern locks, you get a Culprit Card: one named food and the evidence underneath.
What you can do: photograph meals for ingredients and triggers, not macros; log morning and evening symptom scores; optional before/after bloating photos; see a 72-hour correlation of meals vs flares; get a Culprit Card that names a specific villain (for example, garlic on 3 of your 4 flare days); follow elimination, then reintroduce one food for three days; keep a “foods I thought were healthy” list when a clean-looking plate is the problem.
Who it is for: people with IBS, bloating, or unexplained gut symptoms who want a named culprit instead of another chart. Then the elimination-protocol engine walks you through a structured reintroduction, one food at a time, so you are not stuck in a bunker of rice and fear.
FlareFind Pro unlocks meal logging, twice-daily scores, Culprit Cards, and the protocol. Plans may include monthly, yearly, and lifetime. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew until cancelled in Apple ID settings or the in-app Customer Center. FlareFind is a self-tracking wellness tool — not a medical device, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for care. Correlations do not prove causation.
